" For too long, Native American voters in Arizona have been overlooked. I'm honored to support Judy Begay for Supervisor of Coconino County Board of Supervisors' District 4 so that we can work together to solve the urgent issues facing Northern Arizona. Judy has over 45 years of leadership experience as a local School Board member along with experience dealing with infrastructure improvement, affordable housing development, and expanding health and human services in her local community. Once she's elected, I look forward to working with her on rural infrastructure, water rights, and the issues important to Northern Arizona families."
I support Judy Begay for Coconino County Bd of Supervisors District 4. She is a long time educator and former president of the Tuba City Governing Board. She is honest, hard-working, trustworthy, and knows how to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to get things done. Her opponent, Bob Thorpe, is known, for among other things, trying to disenfranchise student voters, trying to end environmental protections like the endangered species act, preventing colleges from activities to promote social justice, and traveling to support Clive Bundy and Bundy's armed standoff against the federal government’s authority and jurisdiction over public lands. Her opponent is not right for Coconino County and does not stand for the interests of our community. I look forward to working with Judy Begay on the Board of Supervisors!
Judy Begay is a wonderful Navajo woman sho put herself through grad school, served several years on the Tuba City School Board, worked to create housing for Navajos, and raised her kids while caring for her elderly mother. I endorse Judy Begay for Country Supervisor District 4.
I spoke with Judy Begay for about an hour the other day. I was blown away with her story and her qualifications. If you don't know, Judy is running for Board of Supervisors Dist. 4. She better than anyone can speak of the issues regarding this area of Northern Arizona, She has lived it! On the other hand Bob Thorpe needs a new job but this one is not for him or his hidden agenda.
I will be speaking to Judy on September 2nd on our weekly zoom interview. Join us for an uplifting and informative discussion on the issues affecting the Dist. 4 area. Gracias Judy tu Amigo Dennis Chavez.
